The Ellsworth Elementary and Middle School project is a combination of new construction and renovation that brings together the town's two elementary schools and middle school into a modern, daylight-filled facility that is slated to achieve LEED Silver certification.

Design features include:

• New, centralized core facilities including a library, cafeteria, auditorium, and gymnasium
  
• Inviting classroom spaces that utilize the former gymnasium's unique structure

• Storm water mitigation through the use of bio-retnetion, porous pavement and a green roof system
