The new Chelsea School replaces an aging school building with a new facility on the same site. The site, which is shared with the Town Office, is one of very few sites in Chelsea to have access to public water and sewer. It is also geographically central within the community. The new facility includes a two-story school building and wood-fired boiler building; baseball, softball and soccer fields; parking and driveway areas; and a new playground.
