FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Oak Point Associates, a fast-paced Architectural & Engineering firm, has an entry level opening in our Biddeford office. Seeking someone who is adaptable and eager-to-learn.

Position is responsible for answering phones with extensive telephone contact with the firm’s clients. This position offers support to administrative assistants and accounting. General office duties -- including but not limited to, typing, copying, binding, office supplies, and coordinating project deadlines.

Candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-function environment and be able to work within tight deadlines. Requirements include experience with Microsoft Office, proven attention to detail, and excellent editing/proofreading skills.
Must be reliable and have a professional/pleasant phone manner.

Full-Time position (part-time considered) with flexible but scheduled/set hours to be determined and discussed during an interview.
